Ingredients
For the Masala Omelette

4 eggs

2 tbsp chopped onion

1 green chilli, finely chopped

1 tbsp Taj Frozen Crushed Onion (optional)

1 tsp Taj Frozen Crushed Ginger
-
1 tsp Taj Frozen Crushed Garlic

¼ tsp turmeric
-
½ tsp red chilli powder
-
Salt to taste

Fresh coriander, chopped
-
1 tbsp oil or butter
For the Chapattis

Taj Frozen Chapattis

Butter or ghee (optional)
Method
Masala Omelette

Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk lightly.

Add onion, green chilli, crushed ginger, crushed garlic, spices, salt, and coriander. Mix well.

Heat oil or butter in a frying pan over medium heat.

Pour in the egg mixture and cook until edges set.

Flip or fold and cook until just done—soft inside, lightly golden outside.
Chapatti
-
Heat a pan on medium-high.
-
Cook Taj Frozen Chapatti directly from frozen until golden and flaky on both sides.

Brush with butter or ghee if desired.
To Serve
Roll the masala omelette hot with the chapatti, ketchup or green chutney, and a cup of masala chai.
