A soothing energizing hot drink, the perfect pick me up.

Ingredients

  • 3 and ½ Cups of non dairy milk (Soy milk or Oat Milk works well)
  • 1 Tsp crushed turmeric
  • ½ Tsp coconut oil
  • Pinch of ground black pepper
  • ½ Tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 Tsp hot chocolate powder
  • 3 Tsp coconut sugar (more/less as per your desired sweetness)

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together except for the black pepper in a saucepan over medium heat and bring it to a simmer. Whisk it.
  2. Turn off the heat and add black pepper. Continue whisking until everything is incorporated.
  3. Use a hand frother to make it foamier (optional).
  4. Pour into your favourite cup and sprinkle some cinnamon/ chocolate powder and coconut sugar on top. Enjoy
