Method

  1. Cook the samosas
    Cook Taj Frozen Punjabi Samosas according to pack instructions (oven or air fryer recommended) until golden and crispy.

  2. Prepare the yogurt
    Whisk yogurt with salt, sugar (if using), and roasted cumin until smooth and creamy.

  3. Assemble the chaat
    Break each samosa into large chunks and place on a serving plate or bowl.

  4. Layer the flavours
    Spoon generous amounts of yogurt over the samosas. Drizzle with green chutney and tamarind chutney.

  5. Finish & garnish
    Sprinkle chilli powder, chaat masala, chopped onion, coriander, sev, and pomegranate seeds.

  6. Serve immediately
    Enjoy while warm and crunchy for the best texture contrast.
