Samosa Chaat with Yogurt

Ingredients

8 Taj Frozen Punjabi Samosas

1½ cups thick plain yogurt (Greek-style works best)

2 tbsp sugar (optional, to balance tang)

½ tsp salt

1 tsp roasted cumin powder

½ tsp red chilli powder (adjust to taste)

½ tsp chaat masala
Toppings
-
½ cup green chutney (mint & coriander)
-
½ cup tamarind chutney
-
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
-
2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
-
2 tbsp sev or crushed papdi
-
Pomegranate seeds (optional, for freshness)
Method

Cook the samosas
Cook Taj Frozen Punjabi Samosas according to pack instructions (oven or air fryer recommended) until golden and crispy. -
Prepare the yogurt
Whisk yogurt with salt, sugar (if using), and roasted cumin until smooth and creamy. -
Assemble the chaat
Break each samosa into large chunks and place on a serving plate or bowl. -
Layer the flavours
Spoon generous amounts of yogurt over the samosas. Drizzle with green chutney and tamarind chutney. -
Finish & garnish
Sprinkle chilli powder, chaat masala, chopped onion, coriander, sev, and pomegranate seeds. -
Serve immediately
