Ingredients

300g Taj Karela, thinly sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

1½ tsp Taj Frozen Crushed Garlic

½ tsp turmeric
-
1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp coriander powder

Salt to taste

3 tbsp oil
Method

Lightly salt the karela and rest for 10 minutes. Rinse and squeeze dry.

Heat oil, sauté onion until golden.

Add crushed garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add karela and spices. Cook uncovered on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until soft and lightly crisp.
Serve with: Chapatti or dal & rice
